Again.
I’ve decided to come back for a bit. Hope you don’t mind.
I took a month off because my “self” needed to regroup, regenerate, pause, take a breath, recharge.
I’ve done that. I’m feeling quite a bit more the thing again, though I don’t know if I’ll ever be how I was before my CoVid episode. That was a bit of a game changer for me.
I’m not going to wait for the new year for a resolution; I’m going to start Soon. Well, hopefully sooner than later anyway.
I’m going to get back outside, to the wonderful park across the street, and start walking again.
I have been thinking quite a lot about this recently, and then we got a notice from the Association that they’re having a meeting on the 6th of October to discuss the increase of crime in our community, how it affects us, and what we can do to prevent any harm to ourselves.
Great. Just great.
I guess walking in the park will be on hold for a bit.
I’ll start exercising again, and try to regain a bit of muscle lost since “the episode”.
I’m going back to my posting schedule of at least Mondays, and Fridays, though I may take up Wednesdays as well. I’ll leave you guessing for now.

Glad to see your post again! I was concerned about you…hoping you’re both doing okay. Sorry to hear about increased crime in your neighborhood. That’s not good. Best to do your walking in the park with Ivan in tow😊

This will sound wimpy, but I’m walking at least 1500 steps every day… can’t do too many more than that… this just around the house. Good luck with your program, and be safe!

I’m not even doing that many steps at the moment. Gosh, we could have weekly challenges, see who can get more than 5000 steps/week. Hahaha. Have you recovered completely from your surgeries? You’re not having problems are you?
