Bathroom conversion (5/9/25)

We have 3 bathrooms in the apartment, 1 of which we have never used, or had any plans to use.

So, we converted it into a storage room. It has been the best thing we’ve done in a while.

The photos were a bit difficult to obtain as the doorway is small, as is the actual BR. Nevertheless, you can see that I’ve been able to get the shelving units in, and up, and have started putting the essentials on said shelves. It’s definitely a work in progress, but it has transformed the pantry. Let me show you the other things new to the pantry.

From this mess.
And this mess.
To this. Notice the plastic drawer divider holding up the pine plank. Ingenuity at its best.
The middle, where 2 boards overlap, I used a shelf that could have gone in our kitchen cabinets, but didn’t.
In all of its glory.
This has been a game changer, believe me. We can walk into the pantry, then into the storage room without tripping over all of this stuff.

I used 2 plastic drawer dividers to hold up the outer ends of the pine planks, but had a leftover short white “shelf” from the kitchen to use in the middle. You can see the board isn’t he photo above.

Well, I think I’m back in business with the blog site, thanks to my sister, and her wonderful suggestion. That, and a lot of prayers.

Until next time, stay happy, and healthy in the Lord.
